These retreats work on honouring our true selves, trusting our own uniqueness and releasing our people pleasing ways and patterns that cause us endless stress in life, using a nourishing blend of hypnosis, meditation, sound therapy, breathwork, journaling, intention setting, somatic and gentle yoga, deeply restoring yoga nidra, and more to leave feeling at peace and comfortable for the new season of life. Heather x SPRING EQUINOX - 23rd March -10am - 2pm Spring is coming - it's time to awaken our bodies and welcome back the light as we feel the energy pulled back to us and the earth around us. We’ll tend to our seeds and buds of new life with intention and dream about the endless possibilities ahead, whilst releasing old patterns and stresses, focussing our new-found energies on creation. AUTUMN EQUINOX - 22nd September - 10am - 2pm Autumn is inbound - it’s a time of shedding and to go within ourselves as we welcome in the cooler season around us and move toward the darkness. We’ll reap the rewards of our bounty from the seeds planted at spring equinox, and make intentions for what we take with us into our next season, and what we leave behind as we head towards nourishing ourselves and preserving our energy for deep rest.
