Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions of Bookings Supplier: Heather Dickson, Heather Dickson Wellness and Therapies or Intuitive Birth Ltd trading as Heather Dickson Wellness and Therapies, referred to as “HDT” throughout. Payment: All HDT classes, sessions, retreats, and courses must be paid for in advance of the course starting, and usually at the time of booking. General: Unless a payment has been taken by error by HDT, any refunds provided will be subject to a 10% admin charge. However, we will try exchange payments made where possible against other classes, retreats, workshop or sessions. Cancellation and Refund Policy: In the event of cancellation by HDT, an alternative date will be offered, or full refund will be provided to all participants, and refunds will take 5-7 business days. Private sessions: Unless otherwise stated, sessions are to be paid for in advance. Please provide HDT 48 hours notice of any cancellation or re-arrangement of a session by emailing hello@heatherdicksontherapies.com. Where 48 hours notice of cancellation has been provided, a refund less a 10% administration fee will be returned to you via your original payment method, and refunds will take 5-7 business days. Otherwise, if less than 48 hours notice has been provided, 100% fee will be due. Workshops & Retreats: Unless otherwise stated, workshops are to be paid for in advance. Please provide 14 days notice of any cancellation of a workshop of retreat by emailing hello@heatherdicksontherapies.com. Where 14 days notice has been provided, a refund less a 10% administration fee will be returned to you via your original payment method, and refunds will take 5-7 business days. For cancellations between 13 to 7 days in advance of the start time of the workshop, please contact us at hello@heatherdicksontherapies.com where we will offer to move your place to our next retreat or workshop, or provide a 50% refund of the cost. For cancellations 7 days or less prior to the start time of the event, no refund is provided however if your space is filled, please contact us at hello@heatherdicksontherapies.com where we will offer to move your place to our next retreat or workshop. All other Terms & Conditions on the Terms & Conditions within your booking apply.
