This completely bespoke full morning session is a block of time to dive into what you want and need, to root out what’s holding you back, transforming the mindset and implementing planning tools & solutions to help you move forward. Who is it for? This is for you if you have a good idea of where you want your life to be, but you’re not sure how to get there. Maybe you have idea’s of things that make you happy, or maybe you need confidence, self belief, motivation to help you reach your goals. Maybe you’ve gone through a huge transition (parenthood, wedding, change of job, breakdown of relationship etc), maybe you have an unresolved trauma, a stressor that you cannot get away from, a change in your business or at an idea stage of a new business, and need to find a way to shift your mindset, switch on your focus, and pull together a plan to realise your potential and set you up properly. What is the process? Your session will take place at an agreed date, time and venue in Glasgow, and will last around 5 hours including brunch, during which we'll take a deep dive into what's going on, what you need from me, what your heart and mind are calling you to as well as any symptoms or triggers coming up. We’ll run through a core transformation, breaking down barriers , before rebuilding and incorporating your needs into every level of you so that you can plan effectively to switch yourself on to the life/business you want. I'll use hypnosis in conversation, NLP, EFT, EMDR, life (& business - if required) coaching and other skills blended in a bespoke way for you. You'll leave with tips and tools to implement so you can build yourself and continue the work well beyond our session. Ready to book?
