Getting the right Coach for you is key, and it's important to know how we both work so we can make sure we get the best for you and your business. As a minimum, my business coaching starts with a Business Audit & Strategy session, which I've outlined below so you can get a feel for the work we can do. If it feels right, book a consult and let's chat. Business Audit & Strategy sessions - £795.00 ​These collaborative and energetic full day sessions allow us to take a deep dive into you and your business, and identify what YOU really want your business to create for you, streamlining what's currently working, and crucially, what's not.  We'll highlight area's of burnout, overwhelm, and stagnation, and identify any mindset blockers that are in your way of creating the life/business balance of your dreams. We'll review your key processes, finance models, and current strategies, and map out a plan for moving forward, with tips and tools on things that will help you align your business with your key needs, helping you feel more confident and balanced for moving forwards, and setting you on a path to business growth, without burnout.  ​To support you we can also add on a bespoke designed monthly Management Reporting pack with key information for you on finances, strategy and next steps, that you can take forward each month. £295.00 With 3, or 6, months of additional support added, we can keep you on track as you implement changes both personally and professionally, to bring your sustainable business ideas to life - we can work on mindset directing, stress proofing, anxiety reducing, strategy creation, fund sourcing/grant sourcing, grant applications & draws, products/services review, market research and pricing models, onboarding staff, training & implementation, finance and admin set-up, bank linking, process creation and writing and time saving standardisation/automation These sessions are for the brave, as we'll make bold moves forward so you bring your dreams to life building a busy business, without the burnout.
