Service Description

A completely bespoke birth coaching therapy session to work on whatever you need to help you feel prepared and ready for the birth of your baby. This can be a combination of hypnotherapy, birth coaching, birth planning, positioning work and anything else that comes up for you. The sessions can be held over zoom or in person in on Monday mornings and some Thursday evenings. Book in for a consult call before booking your appointment for a quick chat to make sure I’m the right person to work with for you.
